All sales are final. Due to the nature of custom printed products, we do not accept returns of any product ordered form CustomBirthdayBanners.com. Refunds or Store Credit will be offered ONLY on damaged or missing goods. Should an order arrive damaged or missing, you must contact us within 12 hours of receipt to report the issue.
